The Depei BOWADP 01 TS is a High-Security shredder for documents. The shredder has been developed for the destruction of paper, checks and banknotes when a very high level of security is required. The BOWADP 01 TS shredder offers DIN 66399 / ISO 21964 security levels P-6 to P-7. The Depei BOWADP 01 TS is capable of shredding up to 30-50 sheets of 70g A4 paper simultaneously in fragments as small as 0.8 x 1 mm. The BOWADP 01 TS can process 40-80 kg of paper per hour.
The BOWADP 01 TS uses a 2-stage shredding process. First the paper is cut with a normal knife, after which the paper is shredded into very small fragments in a rotating chamber. The maximum dimensions of the shredded fragments depend on the installed net screen plate. After shredding, the remaining fragments are pressed into small briquettes of 10.5 by 6.5 cm and then collected in the external bin. This process guarantees information can never be reconstructed.
The Depei BOWADP 01 TS shredder is easy to operate via a PLC touchscreen. The Depei BOWADP 01 TS has an integrated auto-reverse and cut-off to prevent blockages. The dust-free closed housing and the low noise level make the Depei BOWADP 01 TS shredder suitable for use at any location. The Depei BOWADP 01 TS is equipped with sturdy swivel wheels so that the shredder can be moved.
