Garner Products TS-4XT-e is the most powerful hard drive degausser on the market. The Garner TS-4XT-e offers a minimum field strength of 30,000 Gauss and a maximum of 40,000 Gauss. This makes the Garner TS-4XT-e suitable for erasing all current and future hard disks.

With the TS-4XT-e degausser, information on hard disk and tape can be removed effectively and easily. Media is loaded into the Garner TS-4XT-e through the front tray. The 28 second degauss cycle is started at the touch of a button; the degausser charges itself and then sends a short, powerful electromagnetic pulse of at least 30,000 gauss through the hard drive.

To ensure that information on hard drives and tapes is effectively deleted, the Garner TS-4XT-e has a number of built-in security measures; The degausser checks the stored power before each cycle. A built-in Gauss sensor also measures the magnetic field of each discharge. Any malfunctions are shown on the LCD display. This ensures correct operation of the degausser at all times.

The Garner TS-4XT-e degausser comes standard with the SCAN-1Xe Media Destruction Report Package. This kit consists of logging software and a barcode scanner. The logging software allows comprehensive information on each degauss cycle to be stored for auditing or reporting purposes. The Garner TS-4XT-e must be connected to a PC via a USB cable.

The Garner TS-4XT-e can optionally be supplied with a mobile transport case. This allows the system to be transported safely and easily for degaussing hard disks and tapes on location. Optionally, the Garner TS-4XT-e degausser is also available with the IRONCLAD Erasure Verification system.
